Refunds
A full refund of the first BaroMedia Pro purchase is available for 14 days through Paddle or support@baro.ee. Mandatory rights apply in full.
Reinstalling
Deactivate the old device in your account, then activate the application on the new computer.
Offline use
The first activation is online. The purchased generation then works without a hard online timer.
Business use
The launch license is personal. Team seats and centralized management are not included.

01What does “perpetual for a generation” mean?+
A 1.x license never expires and includes versions 1.0 through 1.99. The arrival of 2.x does not disable 1.x.
02Must I stay online?+
No. Connectivity is needed for first activation and recovery. Normal launches verify a signed license certificate locally.
03Can I move the license to a new PC?+
Yes. Deactivate the old device in your account and free one of the two personal slots.
04How do I buy BaroMedia Pro?+
Select “Buy BaroMedia Pro,” sign in with the code sent to your email, and complete secure Paddle checkout. Your license appears only after the signed webhook is confirmed.
